How can I register as a user?
You click on register on the top right corner of the home page, where you have to fill your information, after completing & agreeing to the terms & conditions click continue, then you will receive a verification email on the registered email, you have to follow the link & your account will be active.

What does it mean to sign in?
Signing in to your account will make your checkout process quicker and easier.
You can view your price of products and parts, availability of products (stock), parts diagrams, order history and download a copy of your invoice. You can also manage your personal details, delivery addresses and payment cards, as well as change your password and marketing preferences.

Why can't I sign in?
If you’ve shopped with us online before, try signing in with the email and password you registered with.
If you can’t sign in, please reset your password.
If you've not shopped online with us (even if you have shopped in store or over the phone before), you'll need to Register your email address and set up an account.

I've forgotten my password, what do I do?
Go to the Reset your password page, where you'll need to enter your email address. Then we will send you a temporary password. Once this has been entered, you'll be prompted to enter a new password.

How can I get a copy of my invoice?
Go to your order history and select the order you need. Click View Order details and then click PDF icon to download the invoice.

How do I add/amend my saved addresses?
Go to your address book to add or amend your saved addresses.


How Can I Order Items on ?

Add items to your cart.
Click the “Cart” link in the upper-right side of any page. Click “Proceed to Checkout”.
Proceed through checkout, clicking “Next” along the way to move to the next step.
If you need to switch between Shipping & Pickup options, you can do so by either checking availability for that            option from the Cart page or by clicking the “Shipping” or “Pickup” links along the way.
When you reach the Order Review page, click “Submit Order” to submit your order for processing.
Once your order has been submitted, you’ll see an Order Confirmation page with your web order number and           order details. An email order confirmation with your final availability, pricing, and order number will be sent to            the email address associated with your user ID in the My Account area.

When is my order confirmed?
Your order is confirm when you complete the payment, you will receive a confirmation email once your order is proceeded. 

Is it safe to order on your website?
Yes. Safe Technology, our secure server software (SSL), is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name and address, so it cannot be read as the information travels over the internet.

What does ‘Out of Stock’ mean?
It means that the stock for the product is not available with our vendors at the moment & so, you can’t buy it now.

Can I order a product or accessories that is 'Out of Stock' or ‘Temporarily Unavailable’?
Unfortunately, products listed as 'Out of Stock' or ‘Temporarily Unavailable’ are not available for sale.

Can I order an OE parts that is 'Out of Stock' or ‘Temporarily Unavailable’?
Yes, you can order that.

Is it necessary to have an account to shop on Itemshub?
Yes, you can’t checkout as a guest but you will have to provide us with a valid e-mail, phone number and address for us to send you the goods.

Does Itemshub deliver internationally?
Itemshub, ship locally to Bahrain, Saudi & United Arab Emirates

Discontinued / Obsolete Parts
Machines and equipment have limited support lives, so a manufacturer may decide to discontinue some or all of the replacement parts for a product after a few years.

Discontinued parts are not orderable on our site. We are simply unable to sell discontinued parts to our customers, because they are similarly unavailable to us from the manufacturer as well.

I am unable to see my order details in my account what should i do?
You can contact our customer services & they will help you with that matter.

How long it takes to deliver the Order?
Normally it takes 1-3 days to ship an order. Once shipped, a product should be delivered to you within 3-6 days. However, there might be some delay in delivery due to below mentioned reasons:

What are the expedited shipping options?
You can choose the same day delivery option, however have to place the order before 12:00pm in order for us to deliver it on the same day.

I missed the delivery of my order today so what can I do now?
We have you covered. We will call you and confirm your availability and reschedule the delivery for you.

Can I accept the package after checking the contents inside it?
Sorry, as per company policy, a package can’t be opened before delivery is accepted.
But you can accept the package & get in touch with us later in case you have any concerns.

Can I change the delivery time for my order?

I found the package open and the product seal broken. What should I do?
You can request for the item to be replaced or returned by sending us a mail on or calling our helpline number 35422422 between 7:30 AM and 5:30PM

What should I do if a service center denied my request to repair the product?
Please contact our Customer Support with the service center details so that we can look into this.

I have a complaint about the courier guy who came to deliver my order.

What is bulk order?
Bulk orders is smart way of ordering where you list your product part number & the quantity in an excel sheet, upload it to itemshub and it will automatically add the products to your cart, this is suitable for customer who want to order high volume of product.

Why is there a separate section for parts in the search box?
This is to optimize the search results, in which itemshub have over 200,000 items listed. 


My payment process was interrupted. What should I do?
You can contact us to check if you’ve paid for the order. If you did successfully pay, the order will be placed for you by our team.

How can I pay for an order?
You can choose to pay for an order with any of the below methods:
Credit Card (Visa,JCB, MasterCard)
Debit Card (Benefit)
Cash of delivery 
Cheque Collect, however the items will be delivered or handed after the Cheque is cleared 

How do I pay using a credit or debit card?
It’s easy & simple to pay using your Credit or Debit card.
1.  Keep your card number, expiry date, three-digit CVV number ready (found on the backside of your card)
2. For extra security, you’ll need to use your card’s online password for 3d Secure cards (Verified by Visa, MasterCard Secure Code etc.)  
Enter the details when you are prompted to & your order will be successfully placed.

How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel an order using any of the below mentioned methods:

How long does it take to cancel an Order?
It takes 24hrs to cancel the order once the request is received on call.
Request received through mails will be fulfilled within 48hrs.

Can cancel any order?
Yes, reserves the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:
Incorrect or Incomplete information regarding Customer’s address (House number, Street number, Block number) etc.
In case of wrong product price or specification mentioned on
Unavailability of products – In exceptional cases, if a product runs out of stock with the vendor, the product will be cancelled; however, remaining products of the order will be delivered.
Suspected fraudulent information.

Can I return the product delivered to me?
Of course, a product can be returned but only under the following circumstances:
Product is physically damaged/defective.
Varies from the description on the website.
Wrong item delivered.

How do I know if my order is eligible for return?
Mentioned below are the criteria for Return
Customer should intimate us within 7 days of receiving the order
For damaged product customer should intimate us within 48 hours of delivery
Product should be unused. Not even once
Brand packing should remain intact
Invoice should be available
All the tags/labels should be available

What should I do if I find the package open or tampered on delivery?

How can I know the status of my refund?
You will be notified via email once your refund has been processed
The following is the timeline for refunds
For cancellation before shipping, refunds are processed immediately
If the order has been returned due to any other issue, we refund after we receive the item back at our warehouse and checked.

If I request for a replacement, when will I get it?
The replacement order is initiated after the originally delivered item is picked up and received back at our warehouse. Please check the SMS & email we send you for your replacement request for more details.

If I have ordered many items, can I return one or more items or do I have to return the entire order?
Return of an entire order is not necessary in this case. You can return one or many items in your order.

What is ItemsHub Returns policy?
In case the product you received is 'Damaged', 'Defective' or 'Not as Described', our Return policy has got you covered. Can I return the items after the policy period?
Sorry, returns are not possible after the policy period.
What should I do if I have an issue with my product after the return policy period?
You can get in touch with the brand or an authorized service center of the brand to claim the warranty for your product if applicable.


How do I determine the warranty period of my ItemsHub?
The length of the warranty is defined on the warranty documentation supplied with the product. Note that different products as well as accessories, etc. may have different warranty periods. Please refer to the warranty card packed with the equipment for details. The warranty period begins on the purchase date, as indicated by the documentation from your authorized reseller.

What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover issues caused by damage due to shipment, handling, storage, accident, impact, abuse or misuse. See the Warranty for more details.

Is warranty applicable to products I buy on
All products bought on ItemsHub come with manufacturer warranty. You can check with the manuals provided with the product or the manufacturer's website for information about a service center close to you.

The warranty card is not sealed on the product I bought. How do I claim warranty?
Most service centers accept a proof of purchase (i.e. original invoice) as proof to provide warranty service. If you face any trouble please contact us for help at

What is the warranty for the replacement I got? Will it be the same as the initial product?
Yes, the warranty for your replacement will be the same as your initial product. In some cases the product will be different and it has its own warranty policies.
