Shipment & Delivery Policy


Deliveries are made between Sunday and Thursday and will be undertaken by a third party appointed by Itemshub for and on behalf of Itemshub. We deliver all across the Gulf region locally except certain areas which are considered as out of service areas. Itemshub makes an effort to dispatch Products on time. If the ordered Products are not delivered within specified time period Virgin specified (according to the email confirmation) please contact us via email or call mentioning the Order ID in your order confirmation email.

Delivery occurs when the ordered Products are delivered to the delivery address specified by the customer when placing the order. At this point, responsibility for loss, breakage and damage passes to the customer. Ownership of Products purchased passes to the customer when payment is received by Itemshub in full. The customer will be asked to sign for acceptance of the Products (in the form of a delivery note) which will note that the Products are correct and have been received in good condition.

If the customer is not available at the delivery address, Itemshub will assume that any adult that is present at the delivery address is authorized to accept the delivery of the purchased Products. If above criteria are not met or if there is no one at the delivery address, Itemshub will arrange an alternative delivery time with the customer. 
Please note that the delivery people will only deliver the Products to the curbside. If the ordered products are to be delivered on a special location (i.e. at a certain floor and construction site) please mention it in the delivery address so Itemshub can deal with the situation.

Discontinued / Obsolete Parts

Equipment have a life time, so many manufacturers may decide to discontinue or some or all replacement parts for a product after a few years. Discontinued parts are not order-able on our site. We will indicate the discontinued parts on our website. We are unable to sell discontinued parts to our customers because they are simply unavailable to us from the manufacturer. Manufacturers can discontinue a part without prior notice, so it’s possible for a discontinued part to be mistakenly ordered without prior knowledge, we will contact the customer as soon as we are made aware of the part discontinuation and make arrangements for refund.

·         In case if any parts has gone obsolete after receipt of order and there is no equivalent part available for supply, subject order will be treated cancelled and amount will be refunded.

·         In case if any spare part has got superseded to another part with higher value, the difference amount has to be paid before processing order for the superseded part.

·         In case if any spare part has got superseded to another part with lower value, the difference in amount will be credited.

Regular Special Order Items

Providing a full access to every part available in the market is our job thus we will special order non-inventory parts for customer directly from the manufacturers. All orders must arrive in our premises before shipping them to the customer

Back Ordered Items

In rare circumstances, manufacturers may run out of an item entirely. An item will be considered on back order if it’s not available with our sellers and if the manufacturer has also sold out of the item.

If an item is sold out from the manufacturer, the most we can do is wait for the backordered item status to change and keep our customers informed of the situation. Backordered items do not follow the normal lead times. In many cases, it can take weeks or months for manufacturers to release a backordered item.

We will make every effort to notify customers of backorders at the time of a sale. However, parts can go on backorder without the manufacturer notifying the seller which means it’s possible for customers to purchase backordered parts without our knowledge. We notify customer by phone as soon as we discover that a back-ordered item has been purchased. Customers can then decide where or not order the backordered item. If he approves the customer has to pay in full and the backordered item will be shipped to the him/her. However, if the customer disapproves the amount will be refunded to him/her.


Partial quantity expected to arrive: Delivery estimate based on partial quantity available for ship. The balance of the requested quantity will be shipped when balance of the quantity is replenished.

Item ships within X business days from supplier: Item is expected to ship from the supplier within the number of business weeks listed. Please add additional delivery time for shipping to the specified location.

Temporarily unavailable: The entire quantity of a specific item is on backorder. You can still order this product online and it will ship as it becomes available. For immediate assistance call us at +973 35 422 422.

Limited quantity available: Item has very limited quantity available and orders placed may go on backorder. The balance of the requested quantity will be shipped when inventory is replenished.
